Biographical Information: Virginia K.Blair, a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, has studied four years at the St. Louis School of Fine Arts, Washington University. She is a native of Belleville and a founding member of the Friends of the Philharmonic. She has also worked tirelessly for the St. Clair County Historical Society and was instrumental in establishing the house museum at 701 E. Washington St. which is the home of the St. Clair County Historical Society
Occasion:: Virginia Blair was a facilitator at the Illinois State historical Convention at Springfield, IL.
